1. Reservation & Payment A valid reservation requires a deposit or full payment in advance, depending on the booking policy. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or credit card. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 1 days before check-in are eligible for a full/partial refund. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge. Any changes to reservations must be requested at least 2 days before arrival and are subject to availability.
3. Check-in & Check-out Check-in time: 9:00 Check-out time: 9:00 Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and property. Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged accordingly. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
5. Privacy Policy Guest information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Security measures are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
6. Liability & Disclaimer Appartement Amani is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas. Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests during their stay.
